I have no problem with minor photoshopping but after that you are getting into computer manipulation and computer graphics, not photography. If you want a close up photo of leaves or grass - take a close up photo of leaves or grass.

Speaking of computer manipulation I was reading the Elements manual and I think I've found the solution to the tungsten/fluro lighting problem. There are photography filters (warming/cooling etc) in the set of filters. I vaguely remember these being somewhere on my camera's menu as well. Will have to look. They apprarently have the same effect as putting a warming or cooling filter on your camera lens.Annhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03182743312553270315noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1025185028400769912.post-21422608024042150402009-04-04T08:04:00.000+11:002009-04-04T08:04:00.000+11:00Look at this post from Abe Lincoln: http://brookvi...Look at this post from Abe Lincoln:
http://brookvilledailyphoto.blogspot.com/2009/04/extreme-cropping.htmlJuliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09513648613788716017noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1025185028400769912.post-21654144920946955022009-04-03T11:52:00.000+11:002009-04-03T11:52:00.000+11:00Still waiting for the manual to arrive (hopefully ...Still waiting for the manual to arrive (hopefully next week). He has a very strong face. I like this one: given that we have sunnies and we have baseball caps, I still think it tells us a lot about the bloke.

I would have liked to have seen others where he lets his guard down too.Juliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09513648613788716017noreply@blogger.com
