Wasn't going to take any more for that week but couldn't resist this and the next one. Came out of work and saw David and the other band members waiting to march down to Parliament House to celebrate Macquarie's birthday. For once the light was right. I like the other one as well.

Did you pose him? Are you up to that already? His sunnies are off and that thing draped over his shoulder: just terrific.
Isn't it good that we can now pick when the light is good? I still cannot pick when there are shadows that I am not taking into account, but to get the light streaming down onto his head/face is just so serendipitous.

Didn't pose him, just saw him sitting like that, did tell him not to look straight at the camera. He took his sunnies off.
