Julie (115) - Don & Denis from the heart of The Shire

These two gentlemen were loitering, with their wives, under the George St "awning" of the Martin Place GPO. This was well before the march started, so I guess they were joining their colleagues a little later. Their wives got as much out of the display as did they: knew they would generate attention and revelled in it! Not my usual sort of portrait: try to avoid poses for the camera.

You two certainly had some fun at the one event while I've been plodding away at home!

Today's the day, the NextG gets connected and the car finally leaves the driveway. I can't promise to be any more frequent given the lack of network where we're heading, but it can't get any worse can it?

Cheers!

Well ... g'day! I thought you two had already scarpered!

You know how much both Ann and I envy you, doncha ...

I am nearly done with my ANZAC Day lot. Need to collect a few more subjects this weekend. They will simply appear: I know that now.

Snap. They could be the older brothers of mine today. Your lighting is much better than mine.

It's a bit like dressups for oldies, really ...
