Cara (018) Ezra

Ezra is probably used to a much more sedate life than we subjected him to in Crete. He was picked up, dressed up, tucked in bed and played with by my very persistent 6 year old girl who didn't get that being scratched was a hint to leave him alone. He spent much of his time on the roof hanging out and watching the world go by below.

mmm ... I guess this is a portrait. He certainly is a beautifully clean looking cat. He looks a trifle squished in this image ...

Don't care whether its a portrati or not. I love, love, love this - says she who has a blog just of cats she's met whilst travelling (Feline Meanderings). Its one of the many areas I need to improve. As soon as I point a camera at a cat they walk towards me and the shot is ruined.

I would love to get another cat, but read a definition of human insanity which listed these criteria: female, >60, >2 cats ...

Now don't get me wrong ladies, I quite like cats.

They taste rather like chicken.

But photos of them? Pfffft!

(OK I do have a couple of cat shots in my kit, and yes I do also have a gallery of cats photographed in all sorts of wierd countries, and yes I can tell you where I was just by looking at the cats, but I'd never ever own up to it.)
