Ann 14/100 - John and Daphne
This one didn't work. What I thought I had taken was the couple looking at the wall of names at the Irish Famine Memorial with part of the glass wall at the left of the shot. But with the strong sun and my transitions lenses I couldn't see the screen properly. I really wanted the aspect from the other side by those shots were even worse. They told me they were "tourists" from the suburbs and hadn't been into town for about 5 years. They weren't impressed by the crowds and weren't in a hurry to come in again.

Its an interesting shot nonetheless. To me they look like country folk visiting the city. Just a little out of place, which obviously they themselves feel. You captured that.
I agree with Joan, it almost made it. It certainly shows their tourist credentials.
