Julie (29/100) - Gone for coffee

Peiro has been studying law for 2 years and has 3 or 4 to go. She said she felt like she was on television. I think I captured her character but the images could be sharper. The camera was on multi-shot whereas usually I only have it on single-shot. The ISO was 400 and the AWB was cloudy. I had it set to P.

I asked if she would please just continue to continue - which she obviously did. She did not give a damn about how she would look as I had reassured her she need never see the results. I love her hand in the 2nd one and the 4th one. I guess there is a lot of Italian in there somewhere. Lovely person to photograph.

Focus Schmocus, it's a bewdy!

Nice shot, the pick of the bunch, and it brings the subject to life. I'd be happy to have a hundred of those in my kit.

Focussing comes later.

I love the one you've chosen. Are you using a Canon D400? Try continuous shooting on portrait, which I found quite by accident and want to play with more. Was your focus set to one shot or AI. I think AI is the one that keeps refocussing as the subject moves.

What a beaut!
Great subject.
It's kinda sexy.
The glint in the eye, the hint of cleavage, the pouty lips and fabulous cheekbones and the luscious red of her shirt and the little hit of blue from her earring.
You should give her a copy.
Maybe just crop it under her bozom.
And I'd probably take out some of the light.
Congratulations!
