Hamish is member of the Glorious MUD Singers - MUD because they hail from Milton-Ulladulla on the South Coast of NSW. He just happens to be married to Tina, the Musical Director, who will feature on Friday. Do you like his t-shirt?
The MUD Singers occupied a lot of my afternoon at the NFF in Canberra on Good Friday. My camera wandered all around them but mainly seemed to want to shoot the fellas! And you could not get a greater diversity of fellas. It also helped that the fellas were in a bit of the setting sun whereas the ladies were mostly in shade.
Eventually, I had been there that long that they dragooned me into the altos section for an African accapella bracket that we had to pick up as we went. Massive fun ...

With this one I prefer the 2nd one which I think shows his personality. I know he's singing in the main one but he looks angry. There's also less glare off the shirt.
I think I could have chosen any of the first three where he was singing. I quite liked the "angry" one because it showed someone who could have gotten away with being superficial - cause he looks quite delicious - being quite quite committed. I take your point about the amount of light on the shirt.
Once again, no cropping here ... I like men with enough confidence to wear pink!
He had a daughter, about 7, who was his spitting image. She looked a bit like that kid married to Tom Cruise.
Men in pink were everwhere in the 70s. It's just the wheels of time turning around again.
None of the men in pink that I knew way back when were this delicious looking!
Yes, I was searching for the right word...
