Julie (60/100) - Out in the midday sun

I suspect we may all have different opinions about which shot we like best out of these. I chose this one because I liked the intensity of the direct gaze.

Cassia and two friends were having lunch on the front lawns of USYD. There are often bodies strewn everywhere like this. Cassia is a postgrad with the Faculty of Science. Of course, the colours of the umbrella were the initial attraction and the fact that I might be able to include some of that grand edifice. I asked her to please take off her sunnies and to please keep the umbrella up and keep eating the apple. She was happy to do it all but I have to send her some images.

Far left. I like what the umbrella colors do to the skin tone. and her expression is so natural.

I love the concept, but don't go for the gob full of apple! Specially with such a pleasant smile hidden behind it!

I actually DO like the gob full of apple. But it is not my favourite. The umbrella is a ripper, I regon.

Damn, can't see the main shot. Will have to wait till I get back to work. But if its better than the small ones it must be good. The umbrella makes it. Well spotted.
